By Julian Sirian, Meditation Teacher

Do you find meditation difficult?

Do you find yourself unable to control your focus?

Do you find your mind wandering too much to make meditation any beneficial?

By practicing and improving your meditation skills, you can enrich your life by improving mental clarity, as well as increase a connection to your higher self.

And by doing this, you can become more focused, more productive, and to learn to listen to your, ‘higher voice', which is there to help you and guide you to make better decisions with regards to your life.

Just imagine right now how your life will be different, as you start to become better at meditation, which will lead you to making better choices in life.

– Mindfulness meditation has been proven to help increase your memory, cognition and overall mental health

– You can learn to listen to your inner voice within, which increases your psychic and intuitive abilities, allowing you to listen to your, ‘Gut feeling' more.

– This will help you refine your choices, and make more appropriate decisions, especially when it comes to friends and family, health and work.

– And due to the increase in focus, you will be able to enrich your life by being not only intuitive, but also more productive as well.

“If you become more mindful in your life, you will increase peace of mind, which will help you gain clarity on the choices that you need to make to make a better life for yourself and loved ones”

Mindfulness meditation has been given a huge boost in popularity over the last few years, and with more and more people being stressed out (24% of people claim to be super stressed as of 2011), it has never been a better time to learn how to mindfully meditate so that you can reduce your stress and regain clarity and peace of mind.

We all know that mindfulness meditation is all about being attentive to your awareness, that is, being completely present in the hear and now using psychological techniques. It is about taking your mind of autopilot mode, and seeing reality unfold as it actually is. It is about being right here, right now.

Learning how to mindfully meditate has many benefits, including:

  • Improved cognition and thinking ability
  • Improved focused, attention span and productivity
  • Improved peace of mind
  • Improved memory
  • Increase in intuitive ability, so you can connect easier to your higher self
  • Improved ways to relax. The better you are able to relax quickly, the more healthier you become!

However, to some people, learning how to focus on something other than your thoughts is a daunting task all by itself. If you are super stressed of anxious, trying to diver your attention away to what is worrying you is like driving a car at high speed with flat tires. You simply aren't going to get far. You need to be mindful as soon as you begin to see yourself getting stressed out, which for some people is very difficult.

That is why we have developed a special audio which allows focusing on something external than your mind easier than ever before.

White noise is noise that encompasses all of the sound frequencies into one. It has a very familiar sound, something like, ‘schhhhhhhh' (like a fairly high hissing sound). It's almost similar to snow on TV (where you can't get a reception, and you see nothing but dancing black and white dots).

Now you may not think much of this at all (‘It's just a hissing sound, what's the big deal?'), but white noise is the holy grail (for the most part) when it comes to mental health (In truth, in can work with most people, but people with mental health issues tend to have the big benefit of it).

Here is a rundown on how listening to white noise can help you:

  • Helps improve insomnia
  • Helps cognition
  • Helps focus
  • Helps increase the creative, ‘ah-hah' moment
  • Helps depression
  • Helps increase memory

…plus much more!

‘That's all very well and good, but how does that help becoming mindful on my own terms?'

I'm glad you asked!

White noise can actually help you become more present, by diverting your attention away to something audibly loud, so you can reduce your EGO, and feel peace in body and in mind.

Of course, white noise can also help you focus and become productive, so the trick is to hear the white noise at a certain level; too loud, and your distracted and probably irritated (unable to be either present or become focused), too quiet, and you could be slowly falling asleep.

This is where I come in.

I've developed a special audio which, alongside some nice, gentle, ocean waves, allows you to hear white noise to help you become better at practicing mindfulness meditation, in the comfort of your own time.

It's loud enough for you to increase your chances of becoming present, and yet not too loud to distract you.

All you have to do, is to download the zip file to open and simply transfer the WMV file onto your MP4/multimedia player.

Just think of the possibilities you can have with this…

  • You can rip this onto a CD or transfer the WMV file onto your MP4 player, so you can listen anywhere you want.
  • You have the flexibility of choosing whenever you wish to listen to it, so you don't need to worry about the inflexibility of attending a meditation or Yoga class.
  • At a very affordable price, you no longer need to worry about the cost. Just pay a small one time fee, and the download is yours forever.
  • And no more getting anxious when your meditation session is about to come to an end, as we will gently end the music, so you return to your reality without the annoyance of an alarm bell, ‘waking you' up!

White noise, combined with nice, soothing ocean waves, produces a great combination which not only relaxes you but also allows you to feel more peace and helps your chances of becoming present.

And not only that, but this is useful to increase your spiritual skills as well; practicing mindfulness will help increase your psychic/intuitive abilities, allowing you to, ‘sense' your way to a better, healthier and happier future.

Will White-noise make me, ‘present'?

What this audio will do, is to help you focus your attention a little bit more easily, which will help you become more mindful.

I have a severe mental disorder. Will this help me reduce the symptoms?

Obviously, you will need to consult your local GP or doctor to be on the safe side. will not be held liable for any damages or injuries caused by the use of this audio. Having said that, White noise has been known to help promote relaxation and sleep (or insomniacs), and mindfulness meditation does help with some forms of anxiety and depression, as well as being relaxing itself.

Of course, too much mindfulness can lead to some De-personalization (watching yourself as if you're looking at a movie), but this is a rare side effect. And on top of that, mindfulness can bring up some painful memories so if you do suffer from PTSD (to some degree) please check with your doctor or GP that white noise is suitable for you.

How long will it take for me to see the effects of listening to White-noise?

I noticed it within about a minute, but for some people it can be less or more.

Do you accept any other payments apart from Jvzoo?

At this time, no (I'm sorry) although I will be hopefully using other credit card processors in the near future;-)

If I'm not satisfied, how do I ask for a refund?
