Its exhausting, isn't it?

Waking up, doing the routine

You've done well. In just 2 years, you've dropped over 60 pounds.

That's not bad.

There is only one slight snag

The adventure of life has gone!

Everything seems boring now. It has been for some time.

You want that spice back. Whether it is a new holiday, or buying those new clothes.

Instead, you find yourself waking up, half groggy, and going straight to your kitchen.

There, you will create a quick, protein rich smoothie, and even add a bit of collagen in it (for good measure)

You will slosh it down, and hit the light weights. You've worked hard for this body, you are not going to give it up easily!

But the excitement of life has gone. This routine has sucked the soul out of you.

You justify to yourself, that if you want to keep the wight off, this is what it is going to take!

The only problem?

It feels hollow. The thoughts cross your mind, but there is no spark in them.

You desperately seek variation. Just something to make you day alive, bright and colourful again.

You want to go on holiday, but can you afford it. At this moment in time, probably not.

You want to go a bit cheaper…

How about those new pair of jeans?

Not likely!

Lets go cheaper still. Lets throw a new diet in our direction. At least food and drink can make you happy again 😉

You hope so, anyway!

So you go online to search for the quickest diet plan to maintain your healthy weight.

You hope to find clear cut, easy information. Straight to the point. No fluff. All good.

The result?

You may as well try searching for that needle in a haystack. The options are blurry. You lose focus.

The task seems daunting. After all, if you can't even change your diet easily, what really is the point?

The thing about diet is, although not as complex as you think it is, it isn't as simple enough

If you are among the millions of people who struggle with their weight, you may have had a hard time settling on a weight loss plan that really works.

There are so many different products and plans out there that all claim to offer the best results.

How can you develop a weight loss plan that will finally help you get rid of those extra pounds?

Well, this article may help.

Before we continue, lets be straight up front for a few seconds.

It is important to make sure that your weight loss goals are realistic!

This is so that you do not set yourself up for obvious failure.

Don't try to lose a hundred pounds in two months (who does that?), or plan to run a marathon in the next year if you can barely walk to the corner.

Set realistic goals that you will be able to achieve so that you are not disappointed.

Try also to distinguish between your long-term goals, and your short-term goals, and make sure that they do not conflict with each other.

Each short-term goal that you achieve should represent real progress toward one of your long-term goals.

As you achieve more and more short-term goals, you can revise your long-term goals to be more ambitious if you are doing particularly well.

Another thing…

As you work, keep your goals in mind and focus on them.

As obvious as it may be, try to remove any distractions from your life that will prevent you from being fully committed to your goals.

This can put you in temptation mood, and you don't want that!

To put another way, the more motivated and focused you are, the more likely you will be to reach your goals and achieve that ideal body that you have always wanted.

And this is not a fantasy!

It is important to remember that weight loss does not happen instantly.

You are not going to wake up the next day and suddenly weigh twenty or thirty pounds less.

This will require hard work, commitment and discipline. (although, to be fair, you already know this)

Just don't give up!

Weight loss requires real effort over a long period of time.

If you want to be able to keep the weight off for the rest of your life, you have to be willing to make real changes to your lifestyle so that you do not fall into bad habits.

When you choose a weight loss plan, you are not making a lifetime commitment to it, although it may seem that way.

If one plan is not giving you the results you need, feel free to make any adjustments that you need and see if those work better for you.

If you are just not happy with a plan after a while, try a different one.

Believe it or not, but there are many diet apps that can help you with this.

And they are pretty simple to use!

The important thing is to commit yourself to the goal of good health, not to stick to a single plan even if it doesn't work well for you.

To successfully lose the weight and get yourself into better shape, you need to have a plan that will really work.

Just a quick note from the author…

If you are desperate to shed extra pounds, the simple answer is to burn more fat than you store. That's the fundamental secret to staying fit and lean. The issue lies in knowing which approach or strategy would work wanders for you.

Thankfully, the answer can be found in the natural processes that the body uses to convert food into energy, and that is – our metabolism.

When your metabolism is slow, your body stores more fat and burns fewer calories. If you have tried different ways to burn fat and nothing seems to move the needle, the honest truth is that your metabolism is too slow.

Do you know anyone who eats a lot and they never, ever seem to gain any extra pounds? Put simply, they have a fast metabolism, and their body burns calories quicker. So the ultimate question is, how do you speed up your metabolism? These essential acids hold the key.

1. Oleic acid

Oleic acid is a fatty acid that is useful for proper membrane fluidity. The body cells do require this acid to transport minerals, balance hormones, increase energy levels, and produce metabolites.

2. Bile acids

Bile acids are “digestive detergents” with cleansing properties targeted at synthesizing cholesterol and regulating various metabolic processes. They are absolutely essential for facilitating digestion and regulating cholesterol balance.

These amazing, incredibly healthy acids' functioning can and do significantly impact your metabolism and the way you look and feel. If anyone seems to burn fat easly and effortlessly, the high chances are that they have these acids functioning optimally to increase their personal metabolism.

A 46-year-old mother of two was actually able to reset her metabolism and achieve incredible health results by simply boosting her bile and oleic acids. Click here to see how she did it.
