As much as CICO (Calories In, Calories Out) can be super beneficial, It is a big misunderstanding that this alone will work. If you carry on this road, you will soon see little progress developing.
Because the body, again, will adapt. You may also begin to lose the weight that you don't want to lose, such as muscle weight.
Limiting your calories slowly is also much more realistic, and also more fun. There is no shame in having a cheat meal (and your body will love you for it 😉
