3. How much exercise is realistic for you

At the bare essentials, you have to burn more fat than the consumption of calories. (This could be the reason why I find it difficult to gain weight…I fidget a lot). That means exercise and weight loss go hand in hand.

But you don't have to exhaust yourself in the gym either. People who exercise in moderation burn just as much energy because bodies adapt to different levels of exercise.
